Tried to read and have a few moments to myself and my magazines and coffee. But failed as I have so many work tasks and the kids only to myself, Kaloyan is swamped in work as well,  not able to come home for a proper sleep or meal, that I was only getting enervated by the passing time and me-not working. In the afternoon we went out the three of us, ate ice-cream, met with Rayna and visited two exhibitions. Later on cooked some dinner and Rayna and Zori stayed till 1 in the morning for some girl talk.

This past week has been especially hard on me – my physical and mental health. I have several projects to juggle with alone as Boiana is on a winter ski holiday for two weeks. And on top of that I felt badly sick by some nasty flue. I was running on meetings, working from home as much as possible and feeling I could die. Of course nothing is as tragic. Now I am much much better and healthier. Still crushed under the burden of the work…

I have promised myself to do a bit more sports this year – two times / preferably three times per week aerobics. This is the view from the locker room of the Vassil Nevski stadium where the aerobics classes take place. This has become a favourite and cherished “me-moment” nowadays.

We have a weekend tradition for breakfast – I make pancakes and end up eating them myself with a little help of Kaloyan. The kids are “obliged” to eat two in order to have a dessert afterwards. Can you believe it?!!? In my childhood pancakes were a rare and treasured treat.

My birthday. Was in a sickening and dreadfully unhappy condition. A bigger than me and my abilities to overcome it pain and disappointment drown me. We are meeting with Generator and best regards had to be accepted.

Studio Komplekt has been invited to work on a new commissioned project by the agency of MINI (BMW) – Noble. It was a quick summon with almost impossible deadlines. Here we are taking a tour around the gallery where the concept for the installation should be taking place for three days in February.Currently, the gallery (Photosynthesis) has another exhibition.

I love reading magazines in the quiet of the empty kitchen with a cup of coffee right after I had prepared the breakfast and the kids have eaten and are now merrily playing in the rest of the apartment. I have been drawing this morning as well, another favourite occupation of mine. And Riposte magazine.

It is a freezing Saturday in the city. My parents are coming to Sofia from Gabrovo for a week in the afternoon. We try a new place in the neighbourhood called “Bread & Soul”run by a distant friend of ours. Everything is baked on place, quite tasty and I could only recommend it, especially for a take away as I am very picky when it comes to interior and aesthetics and this is the weakest point of the place. But we are the four of us this morning and the kids got their breakfast after 11:00, we being exemplary parents.
